  • With Free shipping on all CBD products, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships regardless of shipping method. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking data to be updated into the system.

  • How long does my order take to ship?
  • The processing time for orders is 1 business day. After that, delivery time takes 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or any major crisis / pandemic this time may vary.

  • Do you ship discreetly?
  • Yes. your order is vac-sealed & packaged in a discreet bubble padded white envelope.

  • What mail carrier delivers my package?
  • USPS

  • Do you provide faster shipping?
  • Yes. but price varies.

  • What is your payment method?
  • We accept All major Credit Cards / Debit Cards.

  • Does Hippy Mood ship international?
  • Yes. but we are not held responsible for any package seized by customs. 

    All international orders are placed at your own risk & free shipping is not included - Unfortunately We Can Not Ship To The Following Countries Listed Below:

    China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India.

  • What is your return policy?
  • We do not accept returns & exchanges for CBD products. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your package being delayed or haven't arrived, please contact us immediately. Also if your package says delivered, we are not held responsible. Please contact your local US postal service to dispute the matter. 

  • What happens if my address is incorrect?
  • If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If your packaged happens to returned to us, we'll reship the package free at no cost.

  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
  • We aim to respond to all e-mails ASAP. Please note that this time frame may be extended during holidays or any major crisis / pandemic.

  • I have not received my order confirmation or tracking number, what should I do?
  •  If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking number by E-mail, please contact us immediately with your inquiry request.

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?
  • yes. just contact us immediately so that we can update your order.

  • Do you provide same day delivery locally?
  • Yes upon request through check out, but there is a $5-$20 flat rate same day delivery fee, depending on your location.

    Currently we only provide same day delivery to: Bucks County, Philadelphia, Montgomery County & the local surrounding areas ( Ewing, Trenton, Hamilton & Princeton NJ) All customers must provide a Valid State Issued ID & Must be 21+ to receive package.

  • Can I tip the delivery driver?
  • Yes. customers are allow to give tips.

  • What are your customer service hours of operation?
  • Monday thru Saturday  9:00am - 6:00pm EST - Sunday: CLOSED

  • How long does it take to ship merchandise?
  • All merchandise are shipped 3-5 days from the order submission date as our third party company produces them. Orders is sent immediately to production when your payment is received. 

  • Do I have to pay shipping cost for merchandise?
  • Yes. shipping cost will be added during check out.

  • When will I receive my merchandise tracking number?
  • Tracking number will be email within 48-72hrs

  • Are all merchandise produce by a third party?
  • Yes. they are produce by our drop shipping production company.

  • Can my merchandise be ship with my CBD product?
  • No. All CBD products are shipped separately.

  • What mail carrier delivers the merchandise?
  • USPS

  • Do you provide faster shipping for merchandise?
  • Yes. All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue.

    For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.

  • What is your merchandise return policy?
  • Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after your package has been received.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

    Claims & errors are covered by the third party production expense.

  • Merchandise Reasons for Returns:
  • Wrong Address - if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third party production facility.

    We will pay the reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

     Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third party production facility and we will pay for the reshipment cost.

     Other Returns - We do not refund orders for remorse or size exchanges.
