With Free shipping on all CBD, HHC, HHCP, D9 & Delta 8 products, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships regardless of shipping method. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking data to be updated into the system.

 

 

How long does my order take to ship?

The processing time for orders is 1 business day. After that, delivery time takes 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or any major crisis / pandemic this time may vary.

All shipping times are estimated by USPS, and they are not Guaranteed.

Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Yes. but price varies.

 

Does billing & shipping address have to match?

Yes. If billing and shipping address doesn't match when placing an order, your order will be cancelled, and your bank card will be automatically refunded.

Does Hippy Mood ship hemp products international?

No. currently we do not ship internationally but may reconsidered in the future.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns & exchanges for any products.

If a device is faulty, please contact us immediately. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your package being delayed or hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately. Also, if your package says delivered, we are not held responsible. Please contact your local US postal service to dispute the matter. 

 

 

What happens if my address is incorrect?

If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If your package happens to be returned to us, we'll reship the package free at no cost. Also, if your package is not returned to us, we are not responsible for any missing packages and will not reship.

I have not received my order confirmation or tracking number, what should I do?

 If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking number by E-mail, please contact us immediately with your inquiry request.

 

 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Yes. just contact us immediately so that we can update your order. If your package has already shipped, we won't be able to change your order.

  

 

Do you provide local pick up?

Yes. local pick-up option is available during online check out.

 

 

How long does it take to prepare an order for local pick-up?

Local pick-up orders are usually ready within 1 hour.

 

 

Do you provide same day delivery?

Yes. but there is a $7 flat rate same day delivery fee.

Currently we only provide same day delivery to: Lower Bucks County, South Jersey & the local surrounding areas.

All customers must provide a Valid State Issued ID & Must be 21+ to receive purchase.

 

 

How long does it take for same day delivery to arrive?

Same day delivery usually arrives within 1-2 hours, all depending on location.

Same day Delivery Schedule:

M-F: 11:30AM - 4PM

SAT: 12:30AM - 5PM

SUNDAY: CLOSED

 

 

Can I tip the delivery driver?

Yes. customers are allowed to give tips.
