 How long does it take to ship CBD Products?

The processing time for orders is 1 business day. After that, delivery time takes 2-5 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
 
Do I have to pay for shipping cost?
No, Shipping is free. 
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, all CBD products are shipped in a black / white bubble padded envelopes & the shipping label is discreet. Also we use vac-seal bags for every CBD product shipped.
 
I notice certain flowers are sold out, when will they be available again?
The strains we provide can sometimes sell out very fast due to high demand, but as soon as they are back in stock you will be notified via email. 
What mail carrier delivers my package?
USPS
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking number will be emailed within 1-2 hours during normal business hours.
Do you ship CBD Products outside of the United States?
Yes, we do ship international, but we are not held responsible for any package being seized by customs. Any international orders are placed at your own risk & free shipping is not included.  
 
Do you provide faster shipping?
Yes, but prices varies.
What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns & exchanges for CBD hemp products. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your package being delayed or haven't arrived, please contact us immediately. Also if your package says delivered, we are not held responsible. Please contact your local US postal service to dispute the matter. 

 

What is your payment method?

We accept All major Credit Cards / Debit Cards.

 

What happens if my address is incorrect?

  Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

No, but by signing up you will be added to our email list for new product releases, discounts & news updates in the future.

 

 

 Can I change my order once I've placed it?

yes, just contact us via email or contact number.

 

 

 Do you provide same day delivery drop offs for CBD products?

Yes upon request, but there is a 25$ flat rate fee depending on your location. Currently we only provide that type of service to: Buck's County, Philadelphia, Montgomery County & the local surrounding areas of Cherry Hill New Jersey ( Ewing, Trenton, Hamilton, Princeton NJ) Also all customers must provide a Valid State Issued ID & Must be 18+ to receive package.

All merchandise are shipped 3-5 days from the order submission date as our third party company produces them. Orders is sent immediately to production when your payment is received. 
 
 Do I have to pay for shipping cost?

Tracking number will be email within 48-72hrs

Are all your merchandise produce by a third party?
Yes. all merchandise are produce by our third party production company, except for bracelets. We ship all bracelets directly from our warehouse. 
Can my merchandise be ship with my CBD product?
No, all CBD products are ship directly from our warehouse. 

Do you provide faster shipping?
Yes, All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.

What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after your package has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns:

Wrong Address - if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third party production facility.

We will pay the reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third party production facility and we will pay for the reshipment cost.

 

Other Returns - We do not refund orders for remorse or size exchanges.
