Does Hippy Mood provide same day delivery?

Yes upon request.


How many items can I buy in one purchase for same day delivery? 

Orders are unlimited. As long as we can fulfill your order.

When will my delivery fees be process?

All delivery fees are process the same day & must be paid before delivery.


What are the same day delivery fees?

$25 Flat Rate


Do I have to Provide my ID upon Delivery?

Yes, all customers must provide a Valid State Issued ID & Must be 18+ 


Can I tip the delivery driver?

Yes, customers are allow to give tips.


What location does Hippy Mood deliver to?

Lower & Upper Buck's County, Philadelphia, Montgomery County & the local surrounding areas.


Online Orders: 


 If I place my order online when will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 1 business day, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 2-5 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays these times may vary.

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.


What method is used for shipping?

Hippy Mood ships within the U.S. & Canada via USPS 


What happens if my address is incorrect?

We have put a special reminder at checkout to help customers stop and make sure they are entering their information correctly, given the issues it causes.  Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

We aim to respond to all e-mails ASAP. Please note that this time frame may be extended during holidays.


 I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at  hippymoods@gmail.com with your inquiry. 


Do I need to add my email to the (Get Connected) box below? 

No, but by signing up you will added to our email list for new product releases, discounts & news updates in the future.


Can I change my order once I've placed it?
