CBD Flower FAQ

What is the difference between CBD Hemp Flowers and CBD Oil?

CBD Hemp Flowers are the dried buds of hemp plants. Grown legally by licensed hemp farmers, hemp flowers have been developed to offer high levels of CBD and negligible levels of THC (less than 0.3% in the U.S. and 0.2% in most of Europe). Although it’s CBD oil that is grabbing all the headlines, CBD hemp buds are becoming more popular by the day.

CBD hemp flowers are unprocessed, which means they are guaranteed to have a full profile of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and many other unique compounds. CBD in oils may not be from whole plant extractions.

Now Oils that contain concentrations of CBD are known as CBD oils. They usually consist of varying amounts of CBD, as well as a base oil (or carrier oil). This base oil – often hemp seed oil, MCT oil, or another common oil – helps deliver the CBD to your bloodstream, as CBD doesn’t absorb very efficiently by itself.

CBD oil can be formulated in varying concentrations, the most common being between 3% and 40% potency. It can be administered subliminally (under the tongue), topically (via the skin), or added to food and drink.

*While oils can be used in a variety of different ways, as mentioned, CBD hemp flowers are even more versatile. Ideal for vaping, smoking, cooking with, making tinctures from, hemp buds can be used in numerous creative ways.

What is CBD?

CBD is the abbreviated acronym for Cannabidiol. It is one of the 85+ cannabinoids found in Cannabis. While much is known about THC and it psychoactive effects, Cannabidiol does not have this psychoactive component. However, it is the active component that accounts for the majority of the healing properties in Cannabis.

No. Our products are all made with high-CBD, and has virtually no THC. CBD itself is non-psychoactive, and THC, marijuana’s psychoactive compound, is only present in trace amounts – not nearly enough to cause the high associated with marijuana.

Do (CBD) and other natural hemp based constituents show up on a drug test?

Most workplace drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents. However, studies have shown that eating hemp foods and oils can, in rare cases, cause confirmed false positive results when screening urine and blood specimens.

Yes. CBD Hemp Flower has no psychoactive effects, the purchase, sales, or possession of hemp CBD products are completely legal in all 50 States. "Legal per Farm Bill 7606 of The Agricultural Act signed Obama in 2014; which realizes the dichotomy of what is considered Marijuana and what is considered Hemp; defined in Bill H.R.3530; which exempts industrial hemp its derivatives from the controlled substances list, defining industrial hemp as any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight"

How do you make sure you provide quality products?

All our CBD Hemp Flowers are grown free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, so our quality and safety starts with our hemp plants.

Does CBD derived from hemp or from marijuana?

marijuana and hemp are both members of the cannabis family, so they do share a lot of characteristics. There is, however, a crucial difference between the two–the amount of psychoactive Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) each plant produces. While marijuana can contain up to 30% THC, hemp contains no more than 0.3% THC, which makes it completely legal in all 50 States.
